Whenever I try to launch a Trovi artifact Chameleon instance, the Jupyter server fails to load and the spawn process does not complete successfully. I’ve noticed that this issue occurs more frequently during nighttime hours in the CT time zone.
The error message I consistently see is:
“2026-01-12T11:45:17Z [Warning] AttachVolume.Attach failed for volume pvc-a827c197-97fe-4117-8627-c0b2624e77a8: rpc error: code = Internal desc = [ControllerPublishVolume] failed to attach volume: Volume 40408e19-9e0a-484c-8646-6de750bff903 failed to be attached within the allotted time.”
Since I am currently working from the IST time zone, this timing-related issue makes it difficult for me to reliably spawn the Jupyter server through the Trovi artifact.
Could you please let me know if there are any known workarounds or best practices to avoid this issue, or if there’s an alternative way to spawn the Jupyter server from a Trovi artifact without running into this problem?
Thank you for your help.
